Low Limit - Conductors from 0.030" insulated OD; 0.015" entering OD.

High Limit - Cabled Core from 1.250" jacketed OD; 1.000" entering OD.

Conductor - Bare Copper, Tinned-Copper, Copper Clad Steel, Some Thread elements.

Braid - Bare Copper, Tinned-Copper, Aluminum, Silver.

Insulators - FEP (Foam and Solid), PVC, HDPE, LDPE, Foam Poly(Gas injected, Chem foam), PP (solid, Chem Foam).

Tapes - Aluminum Mylar, Aluminum, Clear Mylar.

Separators/Binders - Tissue, Spun-bond Nylon, Paper, Water Blocking Tape.

Fillers - Cotton, Poly-Styrene.

Jacket compounds - PVC, HDPE, LDPE, Plenum, Riser, Polyurethane, variety of flexible rated and unrated plastics.

Packaging - Boxes, Reels, Bags, Reels in Box. Largest reel 36". Largest Box - can accommodate 1,000 ft. of RG 6.

Coaxial cables:

Items kept in stock through braided construction, free to be jacketed to customers' requests: RG59 Bare Copper (PVC, FEP), RG6 Bare Copper (PVC, FEP), RG59 Broadcast Tinned Copper, RG6 Broadcast Tinned Copper, RG6 Aluminum (Dual and Quad/Bare Copper and Copper-clad Steel Center conductors). The amount of available material is monitored daily and can be turned into material for customers within days when on the floor.

Audio/Video Composites:

Utilizing any of our stock coax items and higher strand count conductors can be made quickly and to custom specifications.
