Isotec Inc. is a manufacturer of Insulated Wire and Cable products. Isotec products are sold through authorized wholesale distributors (Wire and Cable Specialists, Electrical, Electronic, Industrial, and Home Theater); as well as on a direct basis to OEM accounts where-in the Isotec product is a component of the OEM Manufacturers product.
Establishing an Account: All distributor classifications above are required to submit to Isotec an Isotec provided Distributor Appointment form, completed in full. Additionally, the distributor will provide to Isotec Credit References on the Isotec provided credit application. No order(s) will be processed until Isotec has established a Line of Credit for an account.
OEM accounts must provide the information required on the Isotec supplied Credit Application form.
Payment Terms: Isotec sells to the above described account base on open account. All invoice payment terms are net 30 days.
Freight Policy: Isotec will ship orders that meet the minimum Dollar amount, based on the Freight Policy in effect at the time of order entry, FOB DesPlaines, IL Orders that do not meet the stipulated Dollar amount will be shipped freight collect or prepaid and added to the invoice. LIFT GATE charges are the responsibility of the distributor in all instances. Orders that stipulate a specific carrier or Premium Routing such as Fed Ex or UPS etc. will be shipped freight collect, whether or not it meets the dollar amount in the current Freight Policy.
Drop Shipments: Isotec will drop ship orders at the request of a Distributor with a Service Charge of $25.00 added to the notes section of the order at time of Order Entry.
Exceptions to this policy must be approved by the National Sales Manager of Isotec or the Inside Sales Manager of Isotec.
Minimum Order: All orders must meet a minimum value of $250.00
